Occasionally in life unexpected things can occur that may interfere with a scheduled appointment and I try to be understanding and fair to all clients.

  24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.  If 24 hours is not given, you are responsible for paying 50% of the service fee prior to booking your next service

Due to the close contact required during services,  if you are feeling unwell please stay home and take care of yourself but contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your service please.

If you forget or choose to not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service before booking next service and repeat offenders may be blocked from scheduling future appointments.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service time.  This will allow you time to use the restroom, help yourself to our complimentary beverage station and fill out an intake form if you are a new client.  If you are late your treatment time will be shortened and you will still be responsible for the full price of your service.

 Please arrange care for children and pets while receiving appointments at Kynd.  The studio is very small and can only accommodate 1 client at a time for ultimate comfort and relaxation.  In addition, there are potentially harmful products and equipment in use such as hot wax, facial steamers, and sharp implements that are not designed for curious eyes or hands.

  Service dogs are an exception.  Thank you for understanding!
